Attorney Laiza Palma was raised in the Rio Grande Valley, where she learned the Texas values of community and civic duty. Following her graduation from Edinburg High School, she went on to the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley. There she studied biology and minored in chemistry, graduating magna cum laude.
After earning her bachelor’s, Laiza stayed close to her roots, studying at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston. At the end of her studies, she once again graduated with an impressive record, earning her cum laude honors.
